Klyra Refund & Returns Policy

At Klyra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, our refund and returns policy applies.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Gift cards, downloadable software, and some health/personal care items
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Books, CDs, DVDs, video games, or software that show signs of use or are opened
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless due to our error)
- Items returned after 30 days

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send items back to the manufacturer.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund, check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary.

If the gift was not shipped directly to you, the refund will be issued to the original gift giver.
