Orders and Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days for Klyra Exclusives, 10–15 business days for Klyra Picks, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Klyra ships to Turkey and India Only For Now. Availability may vary for remote areas.
Most orders are shipped together. In rare cases, items may arrive separately due to stock or logistics reasons.
Shipping charges (if any) are clearly shown at checkout. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
We’re sorry about that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
If your item arrives damaged, share clear photos with our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll resolve it quickly.

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order is processed and cannot be changed.
